Registration Information

Enrollment Process

Return Family Registration opens on November 14th at noon.
New Family Registration opens on November 21st at noon.

Our registration system is a two-step process. Families should fill out an enrollment request form on Campsite, our parent portal, for each child they are interested in sending to camp this coming summer. These forms can be found to the right of this page. We process enrollment requests in order of when they are submitted once registration has officially opened. Once you have submitted your enrollment requests, you should expect to receive an email either confirming your enrollment or relaying your waitlist spot information within a week. Spaces are available on a first come first serve basis. Signing up early is critical to increase your chance of securing a space.

After Enrollment

List of 5 items.

  • Medical Forms

Every camper has to have a current physical (within the last calendar year by the start of camp) to be able to attend our program as mandated by both local and state health departments. In addition to a signed physical form (not a "visit note"), families must fill out medical history forms. If you need to speak with someone in the office about a medical or support need for your child, please note so on the enrollment request form filled out at time of registration, or email campoffice@tenacrecds.org
  • Other Required Forms

There are other required forms aside from medical history information that we require. All forms are available to fill out on Campsite, the parent portal. Some of these forms include snack permission forms, sunscreen permission forms, and scans or photos of the front and back of the camper's health insurance card.

Reminder emails will be sent from the office to upload this information. While there are a lot of forms to fill out, this is because we try to have the safest and most caring environment possible for our staff and children.
  • Deposits and Payment Schedule

A $200 refundable deposit at time of enrollment is required for each session of camp a camper is enrolled for. This payment is processed by somebody in our office once we confirm the enrollment request. It is not processed when a family submits their enrollment request form. Deposits are refundable until January 15th.

50% of total cost of tuition, including any added charges such as Aftercamp registration or lunch, is required by April 1st.

Full payment is required by May 1st.

Refunds are available, minus the deposit, up until May 1st. Afterwards, refunds are only available under extreme circumstances determined on a case by case basis.

Payment reminder emails will be sent throughout the Spring.
  • Pre-Camp Communications

Before camp starts, we physically send a pre-camp mailing (along with a digital copy via email) containing information about what to wear and bring to camp, group lists, and a carpool contact list. Prior to that mailing, we will continue to update enrolled families throughout the spring as we prepare for the summer.

The activity schedules are available at the Meet & Greet on Sunday, June 23rd.
  • Open House and Meet & Greet

    Camp is all about community!

Our Open House in the spring is for enrolled families as well as families on our waitlist. It's a great opportunity to stop by, get a tour of the campus, and meet some of the camp leadership team members.

Our Meet & Greet event takes place on the Sunday before Session 1 begins. Families are encouraged to drop in during the afternoon to meet counselors and other camp families, as well as have any last minute questions answered.
